Foley & Lardner LLP partner Louis Lehot is quoted in the Law360 article, “Attys Hopeful For Deals Pickup As JPMorgan Event Kicks Off,” offering perspective ahead of the annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference in San Francisco on capital-raising and mergers and acquisitions, in particular for the health care and life sciences sector.

“What a life sciences investor needs is a risk-on environment and a good portfolio of companies that have molecules that can go to market in the near term,” explained Lehot. “And that means they can be an acquisition target.”
