Foley & Lardner LLP associate Hannah Andrews was named among the 30 Women to Watch by Utah Business.
Andrews, profiled here by the magazine, counsels clients on issues concerning the protection of valuable intellectual property assets, including patent infringement, trademark, privacy, and general litigation. She is a member of Foley’s IP Litigation Practice and the firm’s Innovative Technology and Health Care & Life Sciences Sectors.
“One of the professional accomplishments I am most proud of is my pro bono work supporting human trafficking survivors,” she told Utah Business. “Providing legal assistance to individuals who have endured such profound trauma…allows me to help them regain stability and reclaim their independence and reminds me of why I wanted to become a lawyer.”
Andrews maintains a strong commitment to community service. Serving as vice president of the board of trustees for The Disability Law Center, she advances the legal rights, opportunities, and choices of Utahns with disabilities, and she dedicates time to mentoring Boys & Girls Club members as part of Foley’s national partnership with the organization.
