Foley Advises Wynnchurch in Sale of Clyde Industries
Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Wynnchurch Capital and its partners in connection with the sale of Clyde Industries.
Headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, Clyde is a leading designer and manufacturer of sootblowers, a critical component within recovery, power, and steam boilers that clean residue and deposits from the boiler walls and heat exchangers to prevent plugging during operation. Clyde also provides comprehensive services and aftermarket support to maximize efficiency and reliability for customer operations. Wynnchurch acquired Clyde in 2019 as a corporate carve-out from Clyde Bergemann Power Group and supported Clyde’s expansion into new markets and creation of a platform capable of sustained growth. Foley also served as deal counsel for the 2019 acquisition.
