Foley Advises Johnson Controls in Agreement to Acquire Alloy Enterprises
Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Johnson Controls (NYSE: JCI), a global technology leader in energy efficiency, decarbonization, thermal management, and mission-critical performance, in its agreement to acquire Alloy Enterprises. The transaction, subject to customary closing conditions, will expand Johnson Controls’ leadership and capabilities in the high growth data center cooling segment.
Alloy is a Boston-based thermal, mechanical, and materials sciences technology innovator specializing in a next-generation thermal management platform for high-performance data centers and other mission critical industrial applications. Alloy is focused on a proprietary platform with advanced direct liquid cooling components.
