Foley Represents Fieldguide in $75M Series C Funding Round
Foley & Lardner LLP represented Fieldguide, an AI-native accounting and audit platform, in its $75 million Series C funding round led by the growth equity group at Goldman Sachs Alternatives. Additional investors included new investor Geodesic and existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, 8VC, and Thomson Reuters. The financing brings Fieldguide’s total funding to $125 million and values the company at $700 million.
