Foley Attorneys Recognized as Notable Leaders in Law by BizTimes Milwaukee
Foley & Lardner LLP partners Benjamin Rikkers, Clyde Tinnen, and Jennifer Urban are named to BizTimes Milwaukee’s 2026 Class of Notable Leaders in Law.
The list recognizes accomplished legal professionals whose work helps ensure secure and profitable futures for Milwaukee-area businesses.
Benjamin Rikkers, profiled here, is a partner in the firm’s Transaction Practice and chair of the Aviation and Aircraft Transaction Services team. His practice covers a broad range of business matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities law, general corporate business law, investment of private equity and venture capital funds, and aviation-related matters. Rikkers is also a member of Greater Milwaukee Committee and on the board of directors for the United Performing Arts Fund.
Clyde Tinnen, profiled here, is a partner in the firm’s Fund Formation & Investment Management and Capital Markets Practices and co-chair of the firm’s Transactions Practice. He advises fund sponsors in connection with the formation and operation of private investment funds, capital deployment, securities law reporting, and compliance. Tinnen also serves as chair of the State of Wisconsin Investment Board, chair of the board of Wellpoint Care Network and a member of the board of ProHealth Care. He also serves on the State Bar of Wisconsin’s Business Law Committee.
Jennifer Urban, profiled here, helps clients navigate evolving privacy, cybersecurity, and innovative technology issues. She advises on data protection and incident response, as well as emerging issues involving AI, IoT, data monetization, and de‑identification. Urban is chair of Foley’s Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice; co-chair of the Cybersecurity & Data Privacy Team within the firm’s Innovative Technology Sector; and one of the founding members of the Midwest Cyber Security Alliance.
