Foley & Lardner LLP partners James Bedotto and John Stern are featured across media for their recent arrival to the firm.
Bedotto joined Foley’s Finance Practice in Dallas, advising private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on complex commercial and structured finance transactions.

Stern, who joined the firm’s Taxation Practice in Boston, said he is looking forward to growing his practice at Foley, which centers on structuring, formation, and operation of private investment funds, joint ventures, and other collective investment vehicles.
