James Bedotto advises private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and corporate borrowers on complex commercial and structured finance transactions, with a significant focus on energy and oil and gas matters. His practice spans leveraged acquisition financings, reserve-based and asset-based credit facilities, refinancings, and workouts and restructurings, representing clients on both the lender and sponsor sides.
James brings particularly strong experience in upstream and midstream lending, as well as advising private equity sponsors on portfolio company financings and refinancings. He regularly handles transactions across a range of financing structures and industries, enabling him to support clients through evolving market conditions and complex deal dynamics.

- Represented Tupperware Brands Corporation in the restructuring of nearly US$810m of its senior secured debt, including reductions in cash interest, fees, and amortization, extension of maturities, and access to additional revolving capacity.*
