Foley Represents LG Technology Ventures as Investor in $125M Series C for Zenity
Foley & Lardner LLP represented LG Technology Ventures as an investor in the $125 million Series C round for Zenity, the AI security and governance platform purpose-built for AI agents. The round was led by Norwest and included additional new investors Qumra Capital, SoftBank Vision Fund 2, and Hitachi Ventures, alongside existing investors Vertex Ventures, Third Point Ventures, DTCP, and Intel Capital.
Zenity is trusted by many of the world’s largest enterprises, with a customer base comprised primarily of Fortune 500, Global 2000, and other leading global organizations. Across financial services, health care, pharmaceuticals, technology, energy, manufacturing, and other highly regulated industries, these organizations rely on Zenity to securely govern and scale AI agents. This investment will accelerate Zenity’s global expansion, platform innovation, and ability to meet rapidly growing enterprise demand for AI agent security.
