Private Equity Partner Stephen Olson Featured Across Media for Foley Arrival

Foley & Lardner LLP partner Stephen Olson garnered media coverage for his arrival to the firm.

Olson joins Foley’s Transactions Practice, where he represents private equity firms, public and private companies, and investment banking firms on complex corporate transactions and strategic business matters. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, registered offerings, private placements of debt and equity securities, corporate governance matters, and other general corporate transactions.

Speaking to Law360, Olson said he was drawn to Foley’s “strong private equity practice.” He emphasized that Foley “does an exceptional job building long-term relationships and advising clients throughout the investment lifecycle.”

In Texas Lawyer, Olson said that Foley provides a framework for him to deliver service to clients at a level where they are getting “true value” by delivering solid advice.
