Andrew Halaschak is an associate and member of the Real Estate Practice. He helps clients navigate legal challenges in sports law, business transactions, and entrepreneurship. He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiation, commercial leasing, title work, and legal research. Andrew has also contributed to scholarship on NCAA litigation and sports law policy.
