Foley Represents Trading Technologies in Final Stage of Abel Noser Solutions Acquisition

Foley & Lardner LLP represented Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), a global capital markets technology platform provider, in its acquisition of START, a broker-neutral trade optimization platform, from Abel Noser Holdings, a majority-owned portfolio company of Estancia Capital Partners.

In August 2023, TT acquired Abel Noser Solutions, a provider of transaction cost analysis for investment managers, brokers, asset owners, and consultants, from Abel Noser Holdings. As part of that acquisition, the parties agreed that the START business-related assets would be transferred to TT at a later date. That asset transfer has now closed. 

With the acquisition now complete, the integration of the START platform is expected to enhance TT’s service offerings by providing its clients with advanced tools for trade execution and cost analysis.
