Foley vertegenwoordigt Trading Technologies in de laatste fase van de overname van Abel Noser Solutions

Foley & Lardner LLP vertegenwoordigde Trading Technologies International, Inc. (TT), een wereldwijde aanbieder van technologieplatforms voor kapitaalmarkten, bij de overname van START, een makelaarsneutraal platform voor handelsoptimalisatie, van Abel Noser Holdings, een portefeuillebedrijf waarin Estancia Capital Partners een meerderheidsbelang heeft.

In August 2023, TT acquired Abel Noser Solutions, a provider of transaction cost analysis for investment managers, brokers, asset owners, and consultants, from Abel Noser Holdings. As part of that acquisition, the parties agreed that the START business-related assets would be transferred to TT at a later date. That asset transfer has now closed. 

With the acquisition now complete, the integration of the START platform is expected to enhance TT’s service offerings by providing its clients with advanced tools for trade execution and cost analysis.
