Foley vertegenwoordigt Intra Group of Companies bij overname door Gleason Corporation

Foley & Lardner LLP advised Westland, Michigan-based Intra Group of Companies on the sale of 100% of its shares to Gleason Corporation.

Intra is a global provider of custom measurement technology, including single flank gear testing equipment, and supplies high-precision gears and components to many of the world’s leading aerospace and defense companies. The transaction includes Intra Corporation and Intra Technical Services, LLC in Michigan, Intra Limited in the United Kingdom, Intra Aerospace LLC in California, and affiliated sales and service companies.
