Associate

Rashad X. Abdallah focuses his practice on employment litigation, counseling, and strategic advisory matters.

He represents employers at all stages of employment litigation, including putative class actions, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) claims, single-plaintiff lawsuits, and trade secret misappropriation matters. Rashad also has significant experience representing employers in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the California Labor Commissioner, and the California Civil Rights Department.

In addition to his litigation practice, Rashad regularly advises clients on reductions in force, litigation risk mitigation, and compliance with employment policies and procedures.

Rashad also maintains an active sports and entertainment practice, representing professional athletes in the NFL, NBA, and MLB, as well as collegiate athletes and other high-profile individuals, in commercial disputes and crisis management matters.

Prior to his legal career, Rashad served as a Human Intelligence Collector in the United States Army, including a combat deployment to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom. He focuses his pro bono work on veteran and servicemember advocacy.
