Jed Baranczyk has experience partnering with corporate clients and drafting a range of legal documents, including contracts and agreements. He recently worked as a summer associate at Foley & Lardner LLP in Milwaukee, where he focused on researching legal issues related to corporate transactions and governance and drafting corporate documents and correspondence.

Prior to that, Jed served as a law clerk at a Midwest-based law firm, where he drafted corporate contracts and agreements, prepared memoranda on litigation and transactional matters, and supported client communications and meetings.

During law school at the University of Wisconsin, Jed was actively involved in the Real Estate and Securities Investment Law Society serving as vice president of the Securities and Investments division and as a member of the Wisconsin International Law Journal.
