Christopher Beglinger’s patent prosecution and counseling practice spans a wide range of interdisciplinary technologies, including medical devices, surgical robotics, pharmaceutical products, financial systems and technologies, consumer products, smart buildings and controls solutions, and electric automotive technologies. He has substantial patent application drafting and prosecution experience supporting U.S. and domestic patent portfolio development, including developing freedom-to-operate, noninfringement, and invalidity opinions. Chris also provides support on various corporate transactions, including providing intellectual property due diligence and counseling services.
