Will Burch is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. Will started at Foley as a Summer Associate where he took on many patent litigation and prosecution projects. Prior to Foley, Will served as a Judicial Intern for Chief Judge L. Scott Coogler of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama.

Will is an engineer by trade and studied mechanical engineering at The University of Alabama. Will has experience working as a field service engineer installing, calibrating and repairing testing machines and as a process engineer for a flooring manufacturer.
