Samantha focuses on commercial litigation, drawing on experience from both private practice and the federal judiciary. Her experience includes supporting litigation teams by drafting motions and legal memoranda on complex disputes. In addition, her fluency in Spanish has enabled her to contribute to international arbitration matters involving Spanish-speaking parties, supporting cross‑border strategy across multiple jurisdictions. Her time as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jill L. Burkhardt provided firsthand insight into federal court procedures and settlement strategy. In law school, Samantha served on the executive board of the San Diego Law Review. Prior to law school, she worked at employment litigation and trust and estate planning firms, cultivating a client-centered approach and strong attention to detail.
