Samantha Fuhrman is a litigation attorney focused on state, federal, and alternative dispute resolution matters. Samantha represents clients in a wide variety of complex litigation, including in the areas of cryptocurrency and crypto-assets litigation, business torts, contract disputes, landlord-tenant matters, consumer class action defense, and whistleblower claims. She regularly handles arbitrations before the AAA and JAMS, including representing companies in consumer arbitrations and mass arbitrations. Samantha has experience across all stages of litigation and regularly serves as lead associate on significant matters, managing disputes from pre-filing strategy through trial.
Samantha’s consumer litigation experience includes defending claims brought under state unfair and deceptive trade practices acts and other consumer protection statutes. In the cryptocurrency space, Samantha has litigated and arbitrated dozens of matters around the country.
