Bradley Henson advises clients on health care regulatory, transactional, and corporate governance matters, with a focus on health care providers, ambulatory surgery centers, and physician practices. Most recently, Bradley served as Legal Counsel for a nationally recognized leader in surgery center management, where he supported a nationwide network of more than 250 ambulatory surgery centers. He advised on corporate governance, center-level transactions, and a range of commercial agreements, including professional services agreements and management services agreements. He also counseled operational leaders on compliance with the Anti-Kickback Statute, Stark Law, HIPAA, and Medicare Conditions for Coverage, and has advised on transactions involving the assignment and sale of membership interests, Member Interest Purchase Agreements, and regulatory change of ownership filings across multiple states.
