Angelique K. Howard
Associate
Angelique Howard is an associate in Foley & Lardner LLP’s Commercial Litigation and Labor & Employment Practice Groups. She has experience across all phases of commercial litigation, from pre litigation investigation and strategy through discovery, motion practice, alternative dispute resolution, and final resolution. Her practice focuses on representing clients in complex commercial and employment litigation matters in both state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration.
Prior to joining Foley, Angelique served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Chief Judge Mark E. Walker of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida and previously worked as a summer associate in Foley’s Jacksonville office.

- Obtained multiple AAA arbitration awards for Fortune 200 company in arbitrations for breach of commercial loan agreements.
- Enforced over $2 million judgments for Fortune 200 company in various state courts.
