Associate

Thomas Hutchison is an associate in the Litigation Department at Foley & Lardner LLP. He is based in Milwaukee, and he is a member of the Commercial Litigation Practice Group. In this role, he has handled numerous complex matters involving environmental, distribution and franchise, and commercial litigation.

Before joining Foley, Thomas was a legal research assistant at the University of Iowa College of Law, where he analyzed topics of labor and employment law, contributing to the publication of a treatise focused on issues affecting low-wage workers. He also served as the Editor-in-Chief for The Journal of Gender, Race & Justice. In this role, he aided in the selection, revision, and publication of articles discussing identity issues. He began his career at Foley as a summer associate in 2020.
