Matt Kass is a business and construction litigator who provides counsel to clients on a broad spectrum of complex civil litigation matters. His experiences include drafting detailed motions and briefs addressing intricate legal issues, as well as conducting comprehensive legal research across various disciplines to support clients in contentious disputes. Throughout his career, Matt has been involved in numerous civil cases, offering strategic representation throughout the litigation process.
While in law school, Matt was a research assistant for the Business Law Section of the Wisconsin State Bar and Professor Michael O’Hear. Matt also served as a teaching assistant for Professors Chad Oldfather, Ed Fallone, Kali Murray, and Gregory O’Meara, S.J., where he led supplemental academic support sessions for first-year law students navigating their Property Law, Criminal Law, and Constitutional Law courses. Matt started at Foley as a summer associate.
