Ben Kelly advises public and private health care firms and private equity-backed health care platforms on complex transactions including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and carve-outs, as well as general corporate matters, health care regulatory compliance, and health care operations.

Prior to joining Foley, Ben was a health care M&A associate at a Tennessee-based law firm where he advised on transactional and operational issues related to health care.

Ben earned a law degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and an undergraduate degree in political science from the University of Tennessee.
