Eric Nelson focuses his practice on commercial transactions, supply chain matters, and distribution issues, including those involving manufacturers of commercial and consumer goods, service providers, buyers and suppliers of solar energy equipment, and electric vehicle sellers. He has extensive experience in commercial law, product distribution, dealership matters, secured transactions, service contracts, power purchase agreements, engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contracts, and capital equipment purchase and sale agreements. He is a partner in the firm’s Finance & Financial Institutions and Commercial Transactions & Business Counseling Practices and the Energy Industry Team.

Eric has assisted numerous clients in bringing their products (including motorcycles, vocational vehicles, lawn and garden equipment, food, and medical equipment and testing products) to market, through supply, sales representation, and distribution agreements, and has helped clients successfully address product recall issues for both consumer and commercial products.
