  • Represented large valve manufacturer in trade secret theft case. Obtained a temporary restraining order and injunction on behalf of client to prevent misappropriation of trade secrets, ultimately resulting in favorable settlement for client.
  • Represented international steel supplier in breach of contract action, resulting in judgment for client for all amounts owed, including all attorneys’ fees.
  • Represented large industrial gas supplier in trade secret theft and breach of non-solicitation agreement case, resulting in favorable settlement for client.
  • Represented liquid measurement services company against offshore drilling and exploration company in breach of contract case, resulting in favorable settlement for client for all amounts owed, including all attorneys’ fees.
  • Represented drilling company in breach of contract action seeking payment for past services, resulting in judgment for all amounts owed, including all attorneys’ fees.
  • Represented international chemical producer in breach of contract action filed by international chemical manufacturer, resulting in favorable settlement for client.
  • Represented commercial plumbing company in breach of contract action filed by utility company, resulting in favorable settlement for client.
  • Represented oilfield services company in breach of contract action. Obtained summary judgment for all amounts due and owing, including attorneys’ fees.
