- Represented international steel supplier in breach of contract action, resulting in judgment for client for all amounts owed, including all attorneys’ fees.
- Represented large industrial gas supplier in trade secret theft and breach of non-solicitation agreement case, resulting in favorable settlement for client.
- Represented liquid measurement services company against offshore drilling and exploration company in breach of contract case, resulting in favorable settlement for client for all amounts owed, including all attorneys’ fees.
