Michael Romano is an associate in the firm’s Finance Practice Group. He represents lenders and borrowers in a variety of complex financing transactions across numerous asset classes. Before law school, Michael worked at a big four accounting firm, conducting due diligence examinations related to asset-based lending facilities.  He draws on his background as a licensed CPA to provide practical and business-minded advice to clients.

During law school, Michael served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Julie S. Sneed of the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. Michael began at Foley as a summer associate in the Orlando office.
