Annika Rosman represents public and private companies across a wide range of industries on employee benefits and executive compensation and matters, including in the context of corporate transactions. Annika also advises clients on the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements, including retirement plans, health and welfare benefit plans, equity compensation plans, employment and severance agreements, bonus programs and nonqualified deferred compensation plans. She regularly counsels clients on managing pre-closing and post-closing employee benefits and executive compensation integration matters in corporate transactions.
Before joining Foley, Annika practiced at a global law firm, where she advised clients on employee benefits and executive compensation issues in the context of domestic and international corporate transactions, counseled public companies on federal securities laws, Section 16 reporting and compliance and proxy advisor policies, and advised public and private companies on statutory and regulatory compliance matters affecting employee benefit plans and executive compensation arrangements.
