Nick Sauer is a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group. He started at Foley as a summer associate in 2023. Prior to Foley, he served as a judicial intern in the chambers of the honorable Lydia Kay Griggsby at the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland. Additionally, Nick gained valuable experience through clerkships at a Utah-based law firm, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Utah, and for the Utah Attorney General’s Office.
