Joel Swann is a litigation attorney with experience researching matters involving privacy, securities, and appellate issues.  He has also assisted with an investigative review of a securities matter. Before joining Foley, he served as a law clerk on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut, and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.
