Clay Weinstein is a corporate lawyer that represents and advises clients in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers & acquisitions and other strategic transactions, corporate governance and compliance, commercial transactions, and general corporate law matters. Clay works with a diverse set of clients in a variety of industries, including closely held companies, private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, and publicly traded corporations.

Clay is a member of the firm’s Transactions and Private Equity practice areas and is based in the firm’s Tampa office, where he started as a summer associate in 2016. Prior to joining Foley, he interned for U.S. District Court Judge Mark E. Walker, Northern District of Florida.
