Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to ORS Nasco, a North American wholesaler of industrial MRO supplies and a portfolio company of Wynnchurch Capital, in its acquisition of Techniweld USA.
Techniweld is a wholesaler of welding, safety, and industrial supplies, serving both national and small independent distributors. Its product portfolio includes filler metals, welding wire, helmets, cables, gloves, and other welding and safety items. The acquisition expands ORS Nasco’s presence in the welding market.
