Foley & Lardner LLP partner Jane Adams is featured across media for her recent arrival to the firm’s San Diego office.
Adams, who joined the firm’s Technology Transactions, Cybersecurity, and Privacy Practice Group, advises public and privately held life sciences companies and other life sciences sector stakeholders on a broad range of strategic, commercial, and corporate matters that create value and support growth.
Speaking to Law360, Adams shared, “My clients are innovators, and I love the relationships, institutional knowledge, and understanding of my clients’ business and scientific objectives that I can build by serving clients’ transactional needs throughout their entire life cycles.” She added that her “clients will benefit from the breadth and depth of Foley’s practices serving the life sciences sector.”
Adams also highlighted the firm’s continued investment in California and the momentum she sees across the state. “You can feel the energy around what Foley is doing in the California market,” she said. “I’m excited to be part of a team that is growing thoughtfully and strategically, investing in key areas, and continuing to build something special across the state.”
