AI in Practice — What Are Companies Really Doing? Go beyond the headlines and explore the hands-on use of AI inside organizations. How are companies actually using AI today? Where is it delivering value? What tools and applications are gaining traction, and what lessons are companies learning along the way?
Inside the Organization — AI Governance & Policy Explore the internal governance, policies and controls CFOs need to consider as AI becomes more embedded in the business. Discussion will include establishing responsible-use guidelines, managing risk, addressing data and confidentiality concerns, and creating an effective framework for implementing and monitoring AI across the organization.
Outside the Organization — AI & Third-Party Contracts Examine the legal and business considerations when AI is part of the products, services and relationships your company purchases from third parties. What should CFOs be looking for in contracts? How should organizations address data ownership, confidentiality, liability, indemnification, security and the use of AI by vendors?
With only 10–15 CFOs and finance leaders at each table, there will be plenty of opportunity to ask questions, share experiences and hear how other organizations are approaching these challenges.
