Foley Advises Novacap-Backed Lewis & Ellis in Acquisition of Alan Gray
Foley & Lardner LLP served as legal advisor to Lewis & Ellis, Inc., a leading full-service actuarial consulting firm backed by private equity firm Novacap, in its acquisition of Alan Gray LLC and its subsidiary, A.G. Risk Management, Inc., from Premia Holdings Ltd.
The transaction, which closed on August 31, 2026, marks Lewis & Ellis’s third add-on acquisition since forming its strategic partnership with Novacap in 2023, in which Foley also advised Novacap.
