Foley Represents Chatsi in $2.5 Million Seed Financing Commitment
Foley & Lardner LLP represented Chatsi, an AI sales agent platform for e-commerce, in a $2.5 million seed financing commitment led by Jonathan Ord, co-founder of DealerSocket.
Founded in 2024 and based in Salt Lake City, Chatsi helps e-commerce businesses bring their product expertise into online shopping conversations. Its AI sales agents integrate with merchants’ websites to answer questions, explain product differences, and guide shoppers through purchasing decisions across business-to-consumer, direct-to-consumer, and business-to-business commerce.
The financing will support continued product development and expansion across consumer and business commerce.
Foley’s transactions team was led by partner Jeff Bowman with support from partner Mark Mallery, associates Wesley Choi and Sarina Rogers, and paralegal Sara Jordan.
