Foley & Lardner served as counsel to Dallas-headquartered AccentCare Inc., a nationally recognized leader in post-acute care, in its acquisition of Southeastern Healthcare at Home. A provider of home health care, Southeastern Healthcare at Home has 16 offices in Pennsylvania and Virginia.
The Foley team was led by Partner Christopher Donovan and included Partners Ethan Lenz, John Palmer, Casey Knapp, Holden Brooks, and Claire Marblestone, as well as Special Counsel Don Romano, Arthur Philips, and Hannah Zaitlin, and Associates Clare Rager, Amy Nguyen, and Stephanie Schwartz.
