Inside EPA/Climate
Partner Richard Stoll was quoted in an Inside EPA/Climate article, “Trump May Take Softer Approach on GHGs Than Feared, Industry Lawyers Say,” on November 28, 2016. The article discusses the likelihood that President-elect Donald Trump will dismantle EPA greenhouse gas (GHG) rules put in place by the previous administration as he vowed to do throughout his campaign. Referring to when President Ronald Reagan took office, Stoll said, “With that history as a guide, I don’t think the Trump administration … will try to make any significant changes to the vast bulk of protective air, water, waste, etc. rules now on the books.”
