The recently enacted Frank R. Lautenberg Chemical Safety for the 21st Century Act made comprehensive changes to the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and the way chemicals are regulated in this country.
This panel is the latest installment in the Environmental Law Update Webinar Series, where we explore the scope of the new Act, and examine changes to the regulation of a host of industrial, commercial, and household chemicals. Our panelists discussed the timing and implementation of the new provisions, and described how the changes in the law may affect a variety of organizations and industries.
