Foley presented the next session in the 2007 Environmental Web Conference Series on July 19, 2007. In recent years, the U.S. EPA and its state counterparts have increased the scope of regulatory requirements for stormwater management and control. U.S. EPA has now indicated that enforcement of stormwater violations will top its list of enforcement priorities in coming years.
