Avi Ginsberg is an associate with Foley & Lardner LLP based in the Boston office where he is a member of the firm’s Electronics Practice.
Avi began with Foley as a summer associate where he drafted responses to the United States Patent Trademark Office and performed legal research.
Prior to joining Foley, Avi worked as a summer associate for a New Jersey firm where he drafted software license and use agreements and performed legal research.
Before attending law school, Avi was the executive director of information technology for a New Jersey firm and the chief operating officer for Juror Works LLC, a legal trial simulation and focus group company.
