Jarren N. Ginsburg is an associate and litigation lawyer with Foley & Lardner LLP. He is a member of the firm’s Business Litigation & Dispute Resolution Practice.
In 2013, Mr. Ginsburg served as a summer associate in Foley’s Washington D.C. office. He has also worked as an arbitration intern for the Washington Capitals, and a law clerk for the Office of the Attorney General with the Maryland State Lottery.
Mr. Ginsburg earned a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (J.D., 2014), where he was an associate editor and a staff editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Business Law. During law school, Mr. Ginsburg was named 2014 Volunteer of the Year for the Penn Law Employment Advocacy Project, and was a Penn team captain for the UCLA Game Day Sports Case Competition. He received a Wharton Certificate in Management from the Wharton School (2013) and served as a teaching assistant at the Wharton School. He holds a bachelor’s degree in operations management from the University of Maryland College (B.S., dean’s list, 2011).
