Women's Congress Conference

Foley is a proud sponsor of the upcoming Women’s Congress Conference March 29th – 30th at the Boston Convention & Exhibition Center. This two-day conference will provide professional women from all industries with the opportunity to grow their businesses by learning about new products and services, forging business relationships, exploring synergies and exchanging ideas.

Beth Felder and Adria Warren from our Boston office will be conducting a legal workshop entitled “Setting the Stage for Success: Key Legal Issues to Know when Launching and Growing a Business” on March 29th at 3:30 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. During this presentation, they will discuss such topics as choosing an entity, early stage financing, employee incentives and protection of intellectual property.
