Foley Named Recipient of The M&A Advisor Turnaround Awards

Foley was the recipient of four individual recognitions presented by The M&A Advisor at its 7th Annual Turnaround Awards. The deal team recipients of the 2013 awards were recognized for demonstrating creativity and perseverance in the midst of a challenging and evolving economic climate.

Foley’s representation of Guggenheim Baseball Management in its acquisition of the Los Angeles Dodgers in a transaction valued at over $2 billion was named the Technology, Media Telecom Deal of the Year as well as the Distressed M&A Deal of the Year (Over$100M).

In addition, the firm’s representation of Vista Automotive in the sale of its Heavy Duty Division to Thermal Solutions Manufacturing, an Affiliate of Resilience Capital Partners, was named Divestiture Deal of the Year and Industrial Manufacturing/Distribution Deal of the Year (Between $10M to $50M).
