Foley & Lardner served as lead counsel to White Oak Global Advisors in a $2.1 Billion capital raise for its White Oak Yield Spectrum Fund, a closed-ended direct lending fund. The capital was raised from a diversified group of institutional investors worldwide including public and private pension funds, insurance companies and global family offices.
