Foley Represents Fortress Information Security in $12.5 Million Capitalization

Foley & Lardner LLP represented Fortress Information Security LLC, an Orlando, Florida-based cybersecurity company specializing in protecting the supply chains of defense and utility organizations in a $12.5 million venture capital raise. Foley assisted Fortress in the structuring, negotiation and closing of the transaction.

Fortress Information Security is a rapidly growing company, helping to advance the fast-growing cybersecurity field. The capitalization will allow Fortress to hire 150 people among he company’s four offices in Orlando, Florida,  Boise, Idaho, Columbus, Ohio and Reston, Virginia.
