Assessing job placement rates of 2020 Texas law school graduates, Texas Lawyer spoke with Amy Moynihan, Director of Legal Recruiting at Foley & Lardner LLP, to get a law firm’s perspective on how the hiring process changed. “While we really miss the in-person interviews, I think we’ve been able to leverage a more diverse group of attorneys across the firm,” she explained. She also offered advice to those looking for that first legal role: maintain current relationships, be flexible and keep an open mind.
