Foley & Lardner LLP recently represented Helium Health in securing its $30 million Series B funding round. Helium Health is a Nigerian provider of telemedicine and other digital solutions to African health care systems. The funding round was led by AXA IM Alts and included Anne Wojcicki, Capria Ventures, Angaza Capital, Flatworld Partners, Global Ventures, Tencent, Ohara Pharma, LCY Group, WTI, and AAIC.
