Foley Represents Adapture Renewables in Sale of 68 MW Distributed Generation Solar Portfolio to REC Power
Foley & Lardner LLP represented Adapture Renewables Inc. in the sale of a 68 MW portfolio of 15 operating distributed generation solar photovoltaic projects to REC Power, a national independent power producer.
The sale allows Adapture to focus its capital and in-house capabilities on larger utility-scale solar and storage projects central to its growth strategy. Adapture’s portfolio sold to REC Power includes operating assets across seven states: Montana, Tennessee, Minnesota, North Carolina, Nebraska, Utah, and California.
