Jared Collins works in our Litigation Department as a member of the Labor and Employment Group.  As a summer associate he worked on a wide range of labor & employment matters, including collective bargaining, discrimination and harassment, and wage and hour disputes.

Before joining Foley, Jared worked in the insurance industry as a claims supervisor, where he focused on team development and managed the onboarding program for new hires. He also gained experience in the Medicaid Fraud Division of the Massachusetts Office of the Attorney General, collaborating with teams on complex civil and criminal investigations. His responsibilities involved drafting comprehensive  memoranda and reports for case management, conducting thorough case research, and producing detailed interview reports. Jared also interned with the Drug Enforcement Administration in the diversion unit, assisting in investigations relating to prescription drug diversion.
